The Site.

The Lucid Block is a land redevelopment opportunity in the exciting commercial Barlow Trail corridor. The site consists of approximately 1.5 acres, with an existing 6,137 square foot restaurant building.


No Re-Zoning Application Required.

Under the City of Calgary’s new Land-use Bylaw, the site is zoned C-COR3, with an FAR (Floor Area Ratio) of 1, and a height restriction of 12 metres.

What does this mean to Lucid and our investors? It takes away the guesswork of re-zoning. Unlike most land development opportunities, the land is currently zoned to allow for Lucid’s re-development plan and does not rely on a long, expensive or risky re-zoning application.
